BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Fitness management software for the business behind training.

Fitness centres, martial arts schools and sports academies share a recurring admin challenge: keeping participant records, fees and attendance organised. FitBook’s interactive examples show these core workflows together, without requiring you to enter real customer information.

LESS ADMIN. MORE CLARITY.

A closer look at your daily workflow.

01

Build a clear picture of your members

A centre may serve people with different plans and renewal dates. Start by testing whether staff can find the right member and understand their current status. FitBook’s sample member views connect a fictional person with a plan and payment record. This is a useful starting point for comparing software, even when your business calls its participants students or athletes.

02

Understand collections without a second register

Review the sample payments dashboard and record a demo receipt to see how collections change. An owner needs to distinguish money already recorded from new receipts, and unpaid fees from overdue fees. Production requirements may also include refunds, tax documents and accounting exports; those capabilities should be verified separately rather than assumed from a demo.

03

Review attendance and reporting together

Try the illustrative attendance workflow, then explore the collections report. These examples help you consider what information you need at opening time and at the end of the month. FitBook’s demo uses fictional reporting dates and resets its local changes when reloaded. It does not store live attendance or member data.

04

Test fit before moving your business data

Compare your daily tasks with the sample workflows first. For a martial arts school, consider student plans and grading-related information; for a sports academy, consider training groups and coach access. Those specialist features are evaluation questions, not capabilities promised here. Signup and subscription billing are currently disconnected, so a production rollout needs a separate availability check.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

A better fit starts with the right questions.

Use this checklist when comparing software for your business.

  • Participant and membership records
  • Recurring fees, renewals and overdue balances
  • Attendance records and daily reporting
  • Requirements for training groups or multiple activities
  • Staff access, backups and data export
